The Director of Programs and Communication at the Centre for Sustainable Development, Federal University of Petroleum Resources (FUPRE), Effurun, Delta State, Mr. Harrison Agboro has expressed his gratitude to the Faculty of Management Science at the University of Benin for his induction into its prestigious Hall of Fame.

In a phone interview, Agboro praised the faculty’s commitment to recognizing individuals who have positively impacted society. “This annual recognition honors alumni and other exceptional individuals whose contributions make a meaningful difference,” he noted.

Agboro also highlighted that the year’s honorees included prominent Nigerians such as Senator Ovie Omo-Agege, former Deputy Senate President, and Engineer Ayodele Olawande Wisdom, Nigeria’s Minister of Youth.

Reflecting on the honor, Agboro shared his deep sense of gratitude for being acknowledged alongside such esteemed figures in Nigerian leadership. He described the induction as a powerful reminder of the importance of ongoing efforts in environmental advocacy, particularly in tackling global challenges like conservation and sustainability.

Mr. Agboro extended his thanks to the Vice-Chancellor of the University of Benin and the Dean of the Faculty of Management Sciences for their dedication to celebrating leaders in sustainable development and societal progress.

He commended the Hall of Fame initiative as a meaningful platform that shines a spotlight on individuals who excel professionally while contributing to societal well-being.

He also noted that the recognition validates his global work in nature preservation, environmental sustainability, and natural resource management.
