The Aniocha South Local Government Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Chairman, Hon. Mike Okwufulueze has charged the newly inaugurated campaign council members to ensure that they deliver victory for the Chairman and his councilors in the forthcoming election.
Okwufulueze gave the advice during the inauguration of campaign council members of the Party ahead of the 2024 Local government election.
He urged them to be more dedicated in taking the campaign down to their wards so as to repeat history in the LG, adding that the Party has always been victorious in past election.
While appreciating the governor, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori and other leaders of PDP, he said it was right to also applaud the aspirants for their spirit of sportsmanship after the primaries.
The Adviser of the campaign council, Hon. Isaac Anwuzia commended the leaders of the Party in the local government for fostering peace and unity in Aniocha South.
He urged all to shun every rumour made about him and Hon. Joan Onyemeachi having disagreement, adding that they should not go behind to engage in a fight for him over the misconception, ass he was not a party to any disunity.
He advised all, to be prepared for the forthcoming campaign and take the campaign down to their wards.
Speaking the campaign Director General, Chief Nath Igbadi while thanking the Chairmanship aspirants for their brotherliness, urged all to be inclusive in the campaign exercise irrespective of the absence of their names on the list.
On his part, the Chairman campaign organization, Hon. Pascal Adigwe, urged the aspirant to understand that aspiration was that of man, and crowning that of God, hence the need for them to hold on to God’s time.
Speaking, Hon. Joan Onyemaechi prayed for God’s guidance on all who would embark on the campaign your across the ward in the Local Government.
Hon. Paul Adingwupu while enjoining all to vote massively for PDP, said he was optimistic of the Party’s victory at the poll.
The Chairmanship candidate, Hon. Jude Chukwunweike said it please God that he return, and that after his second tenure he would hand over the baton to whom God have destined to take over from him.
