…Says I am proud of DG DELCOM’s professional skills, dedication to assigned responsibilities
Board room expert, and one of the founding leaders of the All Progressives Congress (APC), in Delta State, Olorugun Otega Emerhor, OON, has congratulated the Director General of the Delta State Bureau for Orientation and Communications, Dr Fred Latimore Oghenesivbe Esq, over the “Iconic Media Strategist Award” bestowed on him by the Chartered Institute of Information and Strategy Management (CIISM).
Olorogun Emerhor in a goodwill message personally signed by him on Saturday 11th October, and made available to newsmen in Asaba, described Dr Oghenesivbe as a reliable, dependable and trusted communication strategist, who had a robust working relationship with him during and after the 2015 governorship election, adding that as his Director of Media and Political Communications, he worked tirelessly, and successfully projected his gubernatorial campaign to an enviable height.
The APC Chieftain who is also the Group Chairman of Standard Alliance Group, noted that since joining the service of the Delta State Government on April 3, 2017, Dr Oghenesivbe has improved tremendously in his professional skills and capacity, while commending the State governor, Rt Hon Sheriff Oborevwori, and his predecessor, Senator Dr Ifeanyi Arthur Okowa, CON, for finding him worthy to serve in diverse capacities as Executive Assistant on Communications, and as Director General of DSOCB.
Emerhor commended governor Oborevwori for his unwavering commitment in human capital development, and robust capacity building programmes for political appointees and civil servants in the state, while urging Dr Oghenesivbe not to relent in his efforts in projecting the monumental achievements of Oborevwori administration.
