…As Monarch Flags Off Asagba Palace Museum
The Asagba of Asaba, Prof Epiphany Chigbogu Azinge SAN OON has revealed that the Palace museum would be completed in December, 2025.
The monarch disclosed this while speaking during the foundation laying ceremony of the Asagba Palace Museum in Asaba.
He said with the availability of resource for the purpose of the project, he was optimistic that work will commence in no distance time.
He also revealed that the handover of the building will take place will be commemorated with his second coronation anniversary.
The traditional ruler while commending the people of Asaba of their love towards the community, he urged them to be honest in all they do so as to experience the blessings of God in land.
The founder of Tony Ndah Foundation, Mr Tony Ndah in his welcome address which was read by Christabel Ndah, said the museum was poised to offer significant economic and social benefits to the Asaba community and beyond.
He added that the museum which will attract tourists, scholars, and cultural enthusiasts from all over the world, will generate substantial revenue and create numerous job opportunities for artisans and service providers.
He also stated that the construction and operation of the museum will foster a vibrant local economy, encouraging investment and development in Asaba and the surrounding areas.
According to him, the museum will incorporate state-of-the-art facilities for conferences and events, making it a prime location for cultural exchanges and intellectual discourse.
