The popular Atiku Care Foundation which served purpose of humanitarian services for former Vice President, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar is now changed to Bin Abbas Care Foundation.
According a statement by the founder, Ambassador Aliyu Bin Abbas, the change of name was effected at the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) on Thursday February 6.
“We wish to inform the general public that we have changed the name of the Atiku Care Foundation to Bin Abbas Care Foundation.
” This came into effect of February 6, 2025, following the need to expand our humanitarian services to the larger majority of Nigerians, ” he said.
He explained that the foundation was established in 2016 and has as its Board of Trustees (BoT), Sa’ad Khadijah Aliyu, Abdulkadir and Aliyu Bin Abbas.
“Following the change, an edited certificate of incorporation has been issued by CAC,” he informed.
