Chief Emma Ejiofor, PhD, FIBDFM, Onishe Ubulu, has extended his profound congratulations to Brigadier-General Mohammed Buba Marwaq (rtd) on his reappointment as the Chairman of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) for a second five-year term.
