The Association of Caterers, Restaurant and Event Planners, Aniocha North LGA Chapter, has paid a courtesy visit on His Royal Majesty, Agbogidi Obi Nduka JP (MNSE), the Obi of Issele-Uku Kingdom, to get his royal blessings as they commence the operation of their newly formed association.
The group led by its Coordinator, Onowu Henry OgorChukwu (Iyase of Umunede), commended Obi Nduka for his astute and impeccable leadership, describing him as a royal father with a difference.
Chief OgorChukwu said they came to inform him of the presence of the Association in his domain, and as well receive his royal blessings to enable them succeed and confine themselves within the traditional lay down rules of the community.
In his response, Obi Nduka acknowledged the fact that every human must eat to stay alive, thereby commending them for conceptualizing the initiative to come under a single umbrella for effective operation and regulation.
He therefore directed them to liaise with the Issele-Uku Development Union (IDU), an arm of the community’s leadership structure that superintends over progressive business like minds, investments and all sorts of development within the community.
He said they alone can recommend them to the apex leadership of the community for further interactions, recognitions and dealings.
The Agbogidi however, assured them of the community’s hospitality and cordial working relationship while also notifying them that every activity that goes on in the community is being profiled and watched over for security purposes.
