Former Director at the Ministry of Women and Children Affairs in Anambra State, Sabirah Izuorah, have been arrested by the Ondo State Police Command for trafficking of 14 children.
It was disclosed that she admitted to paying Lukman Isiaka and Abosede Olanipekun, N500,000 for each child and resold them to other buyers for N1 million or more.
Izuorah had claimed to run an orphanage in Ihiala, Anambra State
Amongst the recovered children were several infants, including two-week-olds, two-month-olds, and ten other children.
