The Member-Elect for Delta State House of Assembly, representing Aniocha North Constituency, Hon. Engr. Emeka Nwaobi is rejoicing with his constituents for another Democracy Day, describing it as worthy of celebration.
Nwaobi in a statement by his media team, praised the commitment and dedication of majority of his constituents in keeping faith with Democratic values and ethos this past 24 years of Democratic experience in Nigeria.
He congratulated them and wished them greater Democratic joy going forward.
The lawmaker equally congratulated Deltans and in general, Nigerians for their resilience in waiting to see things take shape as the nation struggles to sustain Democracy.
According to him, “I am most humbly pleased to congratulate you today as we celebrate Democracy Day in Nigeria. You have all been awesome and it’s my prayer that we all enjoy the benefits of Democracy in our individual and collective experiences.
“As a democratic beneficiary through election, it is my earnest desire to contribute my best through lawmaking to see a working Delta and a prosperous Nigeria. I am hopeful and optimistic that the effort we are making in leadership and governance will benefit and change the course of life of my Constituents and by extension Deltans and Nigerians.
“I encourage you to continue to pray for our Democracy and in the same vein, strive to contribute your own quota to its survival, in the interest of even development of the country and our unity as Nigerian people. God bless Nigeria”, Nwaobi stated.
