Kidnappers have hijacked a commercial vehicle, killed the driver and abducted all passengers on board in Benue State.
The incident occurred on Sunday evening along the Ogobia–Adoka road in Otukpo Local Government Area of the State.
A local who spoke on condition of anonymity, told journalists that the armed men laid an ambush, forced the fully loaded vehicle off the road into the bush, and shot the driver identified as ‘Arrow of God’ from Aila community in Agatu LGA before whisking the passengers away to unknown destination.
