Senior Political Adviser to the Delta State governor, Sen. Emmanuel Aguarivwodo has advised members of Ughelli South Political Assembly to maintain the already existing peace in their communities so as to benefit from the MORE agenda of the state governor, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori.
Aguarivwodo gave the advise when the delegation of the group paid him a courtesy visit at his office in Asaba, the state capital.
He said their cooperation with contractors in their communities and the state would lead to the quick completion of project, hence the need for them to sustain peace and development.
The Senior Political Adviser, while intimating them of the developmental projects of the state governor in Warri and it’s environment, said that their peace and unity would lead to more development in the state, adding that the Oborevwori’s administration has so much dividend for all Deltans.
On his part, the Chairman of the group, Mr Matthew Oji, while congratulating the Senior Political Adviser on his appointment appealed that the group which was self sponsored before the election be given political positions in the state government.
Oji said their inclusiveness in the state government, would help them benefit from the dividend of democracy.
