A renowned politician and Chieftain of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Delta State, Chief John Nani has commended voters in the State and Deltans at large for their resilience and unwavering support towards the electoral victory of Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori of the Peoples Democratic Party as the State Governor Elect.
Chief Nani who is the current Executive Director of Finance and Administration of DESOPADEC made the comcommendation at his country home of Jesse in Ethiope West Local Government Area, while reacting to the declaration of Rt. Hon. Oborevwori as the winner of the Governorship election in the State.
While congratulating Rt. Hon. Oborevwori for the victory, Chief Nani noted that now that Deltans had spoken with their Permanent Voter Cards (PVCs), the Governor Elect should be given all the needed support.
He said that Rt. Hon. Oborevwori would not disappoint Deltans , adding that he was a tested and proven leader.
Chief Nani, who stated that as a grassroots man, the Governor Elect was very much aware of the needs of the people, stressing that Delta State was on the threshold of sustainable development through the consolidation of the Okowa led administration’s achievements. Chief Nani said that Oborevwori victory was for the best interest of all Deltans, adding that the Governor Elect would take the State to enviable height.
