Ogbueshi Hon. Ngozi Lawrence Okolie, Member representing Aniocha/Oshimili Federal Constituency, has joined Deltans, Nigerians, and people of goodwill across the world to celebrate the First Lady of Delta State, Her Excellency, Deaconess Tobore Oborevwori, as she marks her birthday.
In a goodwill message, Hon. Okolie described the First Lady as a woman of uncommon compassion whose life has continued to touch countless lives across Delta State and beyond. He noted that through the You Matters Charity Foundation, Deaconess Oborevwori has consistently brought hope, relief, and renewed dignity to widows, orphans, persons living with physical challenges, and vulnerable families, particularly at the grassroots level.
According to him, the First Lady’s humanitarian efforts reflect a deep understanding of the everyday struggles of ordinary people and a sincere commitment to uplifting lives without discrimination. He praised her for standing with the people where it matters most and for using her position to promote kindness, inclusion, and social responsibility.
Hon. Okolie further described Deaconess Tobore Oborevwori as a compassionate mother and a dependable pillar of support to the people-oriented administration of His Excellency, Rt. Hon. Elder Sheriff Oborevwori, Governor of Delta State. He said her humility, empathy, and quiet strength continue to complement the governor’s vision of responsive and inclusive governance.
“As she marks another year, we celebrate a life dedicated to service, love, and humanity,” Okolie said, offering prayers for sound health, long life, and greater strength for the First Lady to continue her good works. He expressed confidence that her kind heart would keep bringing smiles, hope, and transformation to families and communities across the state.
He concluded by wishing Her Excellency a happy birthday and praying that all her righteous desires be fulfilled, wishing her many more years of meaningful service to humanity.
