The Chief Adviser to the Delta State governor, Sen. Ighoyota Amori has described the Senior Special Assistant to the governor on Community Newspaper, Prince Joseph Oromonokpaye as an advocate of good governance.

Sen. Amori made this known while playing host to the Senior Special Assistant to the governor on Community Newspaper and his team during their visit to his office in Asaba

He said Oromonokpaye’s appointment was well deserved as he had diligently served so many administrations.

He said the representative of the governor on community newspapers has remained steadfast in his reportage, which has helped in propagating the activities of government at the grass root.

While advising the publishers to be proactive in the discharge of their duties at the grass root, he said that Oromonokpaye’s doggedness has earned him his present position.

He enjoined emulate Oromonokpaye in the effective dissemination of the programmes and activities of government in their various communities, adding that the national newspapers will not be vast with information of happenings at the grass root like the community newspaper will do.

Amori highlighted some of the achievement of the Sheriff Oborevwori- led administration which he said was glaring for all Deltans to see.

On his part Oromonokpaye appreciated the Chief Adviser to the Delta State governor for his leadership role in the political space of the state.

He said Sen. Amori has been a role model who has in his wisdom elevated many in their political career.

Oromonkpaye assured him of quality reportage of government activities at the grass root.
