Chairman, Delta State Local Government Service Commission, Hon. Dcn. Joseph Otirhue has congratulated the state governor on his 63 Birthday anniversary.
Otirhue in his goodwill message described the governor as a leader with an epitome of peace, whose good deeds were uncountable.
While thanking the Almighty God for keeping the governor in a super state of health, that had enabled him to continue his invaluable contributions to the State and humanity, he prayed God to bless him with long life and more prosperous years.
“My family and I felicitate with a dear father, leader, boss and Vice Presidential Candidate of our great Party, His Excellency Sen. Dr Ifeanyi Okowa on this special occasion of your birthday anniversary”.
“We also join your countless admirers, all lovers of democracy and people of good conscience to celebrate you”.
While lauding achievement of Sen. Dr. Ifeanyi Okowa, he said “as Governor of a multilingual state like ours that have been peaceful over the years of your leadership. I have no doubt in my mind that as Vice President of our great country come 2023, such atmosphere of peace and tranquility will be replicated in our Nation Nigeria”.
