The Obi of Ubulu Unor, HRM Obi Henry Kikachukwu has charged the people of Ubulu-Unor in the diaspora to always reconnect with their ancestral home.

The monarch gave the charged while playing g out to the Okoh’s family who returned from Germany on a visit to Ubulu-Unor, and were led by the eldest son of the family, Mr Godwin Okoh.

The monarch who was impressed to see the children of Ubulu unor born by a white lady for the first time in Nigeria, commended them for finding out time to visit their father’s land. .

He described the moment as significant and commendable, praising the family for making the effort to reconnect with their heritage.

Obi Kikachukwu emphasized the importance of maintaining strong cultural and family ties, urging other indigenes living abroad to emulate the Okoh family by regularly visiting their hometown.

According to the monarch, such visits not only strengthen family bonds but also promote unity and cultural continuity within the community.

The Monarch urged other sons and daughters of Ubulu-Unor to always visit thier hometown, emphasising that their reconnecrion with their ancestral home remains vital to the growth and progress of the town.
