The Nigerian Association of Resident Doctors (NARD) has threatened to embark on a nationwide strike should the Federal Government fail to implement the memorandum of understanding (MoU) earlier reached with the association.
In a statement, NARD disclosed that its National Executive Council (NEC) was holding an emergency meeting to decide on its next line of action under the slogan, “TICS 2.0 – No implementation, no going back.”
The association noted that Friday marked the second day after the expiration of the agreed deadline for the implementation of the NARD–Federal Government MoU.
