SENATOR Prince Ned Nwoko representing Delta North Senatorial District, has congratulated the immediate past Governor of Delta State, Senator Dr. Ifeanyi Arthur Okowa as he celebrates his 65 years birthday anniversary.
Senator Nwoko in a statement in Abuja, wished Okowa well and described him as a phenomenal administrator with rare acumen for leadership.
The Senator stated that July 8 presented a good day and unique moment to celebrate a quintessential leader whose actions impacted positively on humanity.
