The Silent Heroes Awards Initiative (SHA) has extended heartfelt felicitations to His Royal Majesty, the Asagba of Asaba, Obi (Professor) Epiphany Chigbogwu Azinge, SAN, OON, FNIALS, FICMIC, PhD, LLD(HC), KSJI, KSG, as he marks his one-year anniversary on the ancient throne of Asaba Kingdom.

In a goodwill message issued by the Founder of the Initiative, Mr. Odita Sunday, on behalf of the Board and Organising Committee of the Silent Heroes Awards, the royal father was lauded for his sterling leadership, humility, and intellectual distinction, which continue to bring honor and progress to the Asaba Kingdom and the Anioma nation at large.

Mr. Odita described the Asagba’s reign as a blessing to the people, noting that within one year, his wisdom and peaceful disposition have further strengthened unity and development in the ancient city.

He recalled the strong and enduring relationship between the Asagba and the Silent Heroes Awards Initiative, stating that the revered monarch has been a consistent supporter of the values the organisation represents.

According to him, “We remain profoundly grateful to His Majesty for identifying with the Silent Heroes Awards Initiative right from inception, and for his noble roles as past Chairman and Keynote Speaker at one of our previous editions. His guidance and presence have been a great source of inspiration to our mission of celebrating men and women who quietly make positive impact in society.”

The SHA founder prayed for God’s continued grace upon the monarch, wishing him long life, good health, and divine wisdom to lead the Asaba Kingdom to greater heights of peace, unity, and prosperity.

He further reaffirmed the commitment of the Silent Heroes Awards Initiative to upholding the values of excellence, patriotism, and selfless service—virtues which, he said, the Asagba of Asaba exemplifies both in his royal duties and professional endeavors.

“Long live His Royal Majesty, the Asagba of Asaba! Long live Asaba Kingdom! Long live the Silent Heroes Awards Initiative!” the statement concluded.
