The State Women coordinator PCRC Delta State command Dr. Okinono Otega and SSA to the National Chairman of the PCRC Alhaji lbraheem Olaniyan Mogaji, on mental health and a lecturer of Sociology department University of Delta, Agbor, has congratulated the state governor, Rt Hon Sheriff Oborevwori on his recent award.
Otega described the award bestowed on Oborevwori as outstanding and well deserved honor and as the best governor of the year by This day newspaper and Arise television for the Governor of the Year ,2024. And still functioning in that capacity till date.
A statement signed by the state Coordinator PCRC Women Committee Dr Otega Okinono, deeply expressed her appreciation and admiration for the outstanding leadership style of the state Governor, stressing that the women committee of PCRC Delta State command are proud of the exceptional work and exemplary leadership of governor Sharif Oborevwori mostly in the area of security as the state is being rated as one of safest state in the country to reside and do business.
Dr Okinono urged all Deltans particularly the PCRC women committee members to support the governor through the MORE Agenda in fostering sustainable peace, security and development
She further called on all to be vigilant as security is everyone’s business.
