A Political leader in Aniocha South Local Government Area of Delta State and Chairman of A.C Okocha Motors, Chief Andy Okocha has called on the state governor, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori to look into the development of his local government area.
Chief Okocha gave the call while speaking with our reporter in Asaba, Delta State.
He said there was need for intervention in the scarcity of water and electric power supply which the people of the local government especially Ogwashi uku environs are challenged with.
Okocha said the quick response given to their plight would attract more development and boost the economy of not only the local government but also the state.
According to him, the LG had been neglected in the past, and was later attended to by the Ifeanyi Okowa led administration with the construction of few roads, he however appealed for intervention in the construction of more roads.
While congratulating the Delta North Senator elect, Hon. Ned Nwoko and House of Assembly Elect in his constituency, Hon. Isaac Anwuzia, he described Anwuzia as a hardworking and experienced politician, adding that he trust him to attract development to his constituency.
