The All Progressive Congress (APC) Party faithful in Oshimili South has been charged to significantly improve and double their voting strength in the next election.
Speaking during the Oshimili South APC Local Government Congress, on behalf of the Chairman of the APC Congress Committee, the Secretary of the Congress committee, Hon Simon Atigwe, commended the Oshimili South APC leadership for their peaceful disposition, and mobilization of all the ward members to the Local Government Area’s Congress.
Hon. Atigwe while commending the leaders of the Party, said the State for its mobilization, which he described as one which stands out amongst other states.
On his part, the LGA party Chairman, Ogbueshi Dada Okolo thanked party faithful for turning out enmasse, to ensure the success of the Congress.
Okolo also assured the team from Abuja of a peaceful election in 2027.
The Chairman of Oshimili South Council, Hon. Kelvin Ezenyili lauded the party faithful for their cooperation and peaceful disposition adding that Congress was by consensus and affirmation.
Ezenyili stressed that the newly elected executives have credibly agreed that they will work together in synergy to ensure Oshimili South moves to the next level.
He commended the State Governor, the Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori for his developmental strides.
In his words, the returning officer, Mr Emeka Osakwe, enjoined the executives to work in synergy to ensure a successful election in 2027.
