…Congratulates Him On Inauguration As Lawmaker

The Chairman of the People’s Democratic Party in Aniocha South, Hon. Mike Okwufulueze has expressed gladness in unity amongst the Aniocha Political family.

Okwufulueze gave the expression while speaking with our reporter in Ogwashi uku, Delta State.

He said the Local government has proven to be one of the leading LG in the state in terms of supporting the political drive of her candidates.

Speaking the victory of the House of Assembly member, Hon. Isaac Anwuzia, the Chairman, Ogwashi Uku Political Leaders and Elders Forum, Chief Austin Okocha, described it as been timely, when the constituency needs experience people to pilot the affairs of the Local Government.

Okocha said he was optimistic of the distribution of wealth in the unit, clan and Local Government, adding that with Anwuzia’s wealth of experience he believe he would do better than his predecessors and prayed God to give him the wisdom to pilot the affairs of the Local Government.

On his part, the Aniocha South Political stalwart, Hon. Paul Adingwupu said he has so much confidence in Anwuzia, as his achievements prior to his victory as House of Assembly was evident to more things he would do as a representative of his people.

Adingwupu urged those on the other side to unite with him as it was the only way to go as in unity the people of the Local Government would always stand strong.

He prayed God to bless Anwuzia with more of his wisdom as he represents his people in the eight Assembly.

Earlier, Anwuzia in his speech assured the people of Aniocha South of his quality representation in the House of Assembly, adding that he would ensure that development was brought to the LG.

Speaking, the former Special Adviser to Sen. Dr  Ifeanyi Okowa on Peace Building and Conflict Resolution, Chief Edwin described him as tested and trusted man who will always deliver effectively. He urged him to keep on with his good works.

The organizing Chairman of the event, Arch. Kester Ifeadi said the massive turnout was an affirmation of unity and love that exist in the LG.

Ifeadi expressed confidence in the House of Assembly member adding that he has the capacity, experience, courage, wherewithal and with God he would deliver for the people of Aniocha South.

He charged Anwuzia to remain focus and make sure he looks up to God who would make him succeed.

While thanking God for the successful inauguration, former Senior Special Assistant to the Immediate Past Governor, Political, Hon Joe Ikenwe said the people of Aniocha South were proud of Anwuzia and that was the reason why they voted him adding that he understands the politics of the grass root and has the experience.

Ikenwe said he is hopeful of the delivery of human infrastructure and development to the people of Aniocha South.

One of the leaders in ward nine, Chief Barr. Nath Igbadi said “Anwuzia is a good representative of his people, he has been a Local Government Chairman and has the capacity to represent the people”.

He prayed God to give him long life and be able to reach out to the three clans in the Local Government and have an inclusive government during his tenure in office.

Speaking on the personality of Dr Ozochukwura Isaac Anwuzia, the Deputy Registar of Ogwashi Polytechnic, Dr Okocha Jude Ifechukwude, said he was a man destined to be great, that is why he is passing through the part of greatness which God has given to him.

Dr. Ifechukwude said Anwuzia was a right peg in a right hole and would deliver, with God by his side.

He advised him to continue with his open heartedness and do thing for the development of his constituency.

In his word, his PDP counterpart in the Primary election, Onwordi Asika  described Anwuzia as a good leader, whom everyone was proud of and wants to associate with.

Asika while expressing joy over the House of Assembly member’s achievement said he was the right man for the job as he believe in his capacity to deliver.
