The Acting Managing Director of Signature Bank, Mr. Godwin Nosike, had assured residence of Asaba and its environment of top-notch and unique financial services.
Anosike gave the assurance during the official opening the Asaba Branch of the bank in Delta State.
He said the establishment of a branch in Asaba was a testament to the bank’s belief in the opportunities and friendly business environment that the state provides,
“We have experienced the friendship and cordial reception of the state right from the time we commenced the construction of the branch. We are immensely grateful for this”.
“It is also our belief that we will continue to enjoy this hands of friendship as we set out to do business in the state,” Nosike said.
According to the Acting Managing Director their commitment was geared towards providing a thorough-based solution to the financial needs of the business and financial community of the state.
He said the opening of the branch was to set up a touchpoint for physical interface with their customers, which is in addition to the avalanche of digital financial solutions available to their customers remotely, adding that they were in the process of setting up another branch in Warri.
While highlighting their services, Anosike said their digital banking solutions and platforms are designed to provide customers with a seamless and continuous experience, as they are committed to providing them with the best possible experience anytime, anywhere.
He assured customers of good service delivery, he said they would be available to support their financial goals and aspirations.

Speaking on behalf of the Chairman of the bank, Dr. Mutiu Sunmonu, the Non Executive Officer, Mr Shedrack Odoh said the opening of the bank was a testament to our commitment to provide our parallel banking experiences
Odoh said the opening of the bank’s branch would give them an opportunity to collaborate with the state and the state executive council and also partner with the MORE agenda of the governor.
He added that it would foster relationships, economic growth and championing financial inclusion as they name the communities where they operate.

In his remark, the state governor, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori assured the board, management and staff of the bank that they will find Asaba as a better place for doing business, adding that their presence will also boost the retail economy in the state.
“Asaba is a strong pool for young professionals and entrepreneurs. Hence, the prospects for commercial banking are huge”.

The governor said his administration which pro-business, seek ways to enhance the ease of doing business in the states to attract more investors.
