The Managing Director of Hill Nigeria Media, Mr. Toju Apoh, has felicitated with the Director of New Media in the Delta State Ministry of Information, Mr. Timothy Agbaragu, on the occasion of his birthday, applauding his outstanding impact on the growth and development of online media in Delta State.

He further noted that under Agbaragu’s influence, online media in Delta State has continued to witness increased visibility, credibility, and strategic relevance, especially in the dissemination of timely and accurate information.
