Delta State Commissioner for Housing, Hon. Godknows Angele, has inspected ongoing government projects across Warri and its environs, commending the contractor, Presnol Global Enterprise, for the quality of work being executed.
The inspection tour covered key government projects, including the Governor’s Office Annex at Edjeba, the Governor’s Lodge in the GRA area of Warri, and the Judges’ Quarters at Osubi.
During the inspection, the Commissioner assessed the level of work on the projects and expressed satisfaction with the standard and quality of construction being delivered by Presnol Global Enterprise.
Angele, however, urged the contractor to sustain the quality of work while ensuring that the projects are completed and delivered within the stipulated time frame.
He emphasized the importance of timely completion of government projects, noting that adherence to agreed timelines would enable the facilities to be put to their intended use and deliver the desired benefits to the state.
The Commissioner further stressed the need for the contractor to maintain professionalism and attention to detail throughout the remaining stages of the projects.
The inspection, according to the Commissioner, formed part of the ministry’s efforts to monitor ongoing housing and infrastructural projects across the state, ensure compliance with specifications, and guarantee value for public funds.
The projects inspected are expected to contribute to the improvement of government facilities and accommodation infrastructure within Warri and its environs.
