The Delta State Commissioner for Housing and Youth Development, Rt. Hon. Godknows Angele, has called on Deltans, particularly young people, to continue promoting and supporting the administration of Governor Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori.

Angele made the call during the swearing-in ceremony of the Member representing Delta South Senatorial District on the Delta State Judicial Service Commission, Barr. Fun-Ebi Edonyabo, held in Asaba.

Speaking at the event, the commissioner said the appointment of qualified individuals into strategic positions was another demonstration of the Oborevwori administration’s commitment to inclusive governance and youth empowerment.

He noted that the governor’s administration had continued to create opportunities for young people through appointments, empowerment initiatives, and people-oriented policies aimed at improving the lives of Deltans.

Angele urged residents of the state to remain steadfast in supporting Governor Oborevwori’s MORE Agenda, stressing that sustained public support would encourage the administration to deliver more developmental projects and programmes across the state.

He congratulated Barr. Fun-Ebi Edonyabo on the appointment and expressed confidence that the new Judicial Service Commission member would contribute meaningfully to strengthening the state’s justice system.
