The people of Delta North are once again witnessing the dividends of purposeful representation as the installation of electricity transformers facilitated by the Distinguished Senator Prince Ned Nwoko, representing Delta North Senatorial District, is currently ongoing across several communities.

Beneficiaries captured in this first phase of the transformer distribution and installation programme include Asaba, Okpanam, Nsukwa, Ilah, and Akwuose Community (Olikili Okwofor/Akwuose Phase 2). This intervention is designed to improve electricity supply, stimulate economic growth, and enhance the living conditions of residents in the affected communities.

The transformer distribution and installation project underscores Senator Ned Nwoko’s unwavering commitment to addressing the infrastructural needs of his constituents. Understanding the vital role of electricity in community development, business growth, healthcare services, and education, the Senator has continued to champion projects that directly improve the welfare of the people.

The ongoing installations are expected to provide lasting solutions to power challenges and contribute significantly to the socio-economic development of these communities.

Notably, this marks only the first phase of the transformer distribution initiative, with the second and third phases already in the pipeline and expected to commence soon, bringing additional communities into the programme.

This demonstrates Senator Ned Nwoko’s broader vision of ensuring that no part of Delta North is left behind in the pursuit of development. The beneficiaries have expressed profound appreciation for the Senator’s responsive and people-centered leadership, describing the intervention as another clear testament to his dedication to grassroots development and the overall progress of Delta North Senatorial District.
