The Chairman of the Delta State Local Government Service Commission, Hon. Pastor Joseph Otirhue, has extended warm felicitations to Delta State Governor, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori, on the occasion of his 63rd birthday anniversary, describing him as an exemplary leader whose commitment to the development of the state has continued to inspire Deltans.
