The Senator representing Delta North Senatorial District, Ned Nwoko, has paid tribute to mothers and women across Nigeria and the world in celebration of Mother’s Day, describing them as the foundation and strength of society.
In a message shared on his official Facebook page on Sunday, Senator Nwoko praised the resilience, grace, and sacrifices of women, noting that mothers remain the driving force behind stable families and thriving communities.
The lawmaker said mothers are “the steady hands that hold families together” and “the voices of wisdom in times of uncertainty,” while emphasizing their critical role in shaping society and nurturing future generation.
Senator Nwoko also extended appreciation to the mothers of his children for their care, sacrifice, and dedication, saying their efforts remain central to all that truly matters to him.
He further acknowledged the support of Anioma women, expressing gratitude for their loyalty, encouragement, and belief in his leadership journey over the years.
