Chairman of the Delta State Local Government Service Commission, Hon. Pastor Joseph Otirhue, has strongly commended Governor Sheriff Oborevwori’s redefinition of governance delivery across key sectors.
Otirhue gave the commendation during the 3rd Anniversary celebration of the Governor in Asaba.
According to him, Oborevwori’s emergence as governor marked a turning point in governance and development across the state,
He described the governor as “a rare leader” whose administration has restored confidence in governance and positioned Delta State as one of the leading subnational economies in the country.
While appreciating Oborevwori’s developmental strides in the state, Otirhue expressed confidence that more projects would be completed before the end of the governor’s first tenure.
